By accessing or using the Peaberry Coffee Roasters website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Tasting notes, SCA scores, and origin details are provided in good faith based on our roasting and cupping assessments. Actual flavour experience may vary depending on brewing method, water quality, and personal taste.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from us.

Availability

All products are subject to availability. In the event a product is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or suitable alternative.

Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order placement.

Accepted Methods

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.

GST & Invoicing

A GST-compliant tax invoice will be issued for every purchase. Our GSTIN will be reflected on all invoices. Customers requiring a business invoice must provide their GSTIN at the time of ordering.

Failed Transactions

In the event of a failed transaction where your account has been debited, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please contact us if you do not receive the refund within this period.

Dispatch

We roast to order and aim to dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days for metro cities and 4–7 business days for other locations across India. These are estimates and not guarantees — delays due to courier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment. We offer free shipping on orders above a threshold amount as communicated on our website from time to time.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Change of Mind

As our coffee is roasted fresh to order, we are unable to accept returns due to change of mind. We encourage you to review product descriptions and tasting notes carefully before purchasing.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer — please provide your bank details when raising a refund request.

Subscription Plans

Our subscription plans provide recurring deliveries of freshly roasted coffee at a discounted rate. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis as per your selected plan.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellations made after a billing cycle has commenced will take effect from the following cycle. No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing or terms with 14 days' prior notice. Continued use of the subscription after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

You agree not to use our website or services to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; (d) scrape or harvest data without permission; (e) impersonate any person or entity; or (f) engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peaberry Coffee Roasters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
