About This Coffee
Peaberry beans occur when only one seed develops inside the coffee cherry instead of the usual two. The single bean is rounder, denser, and — many believe — more flavourful because it receives all the nutrients meant for two. This rare lot from Sunrise Estate on the Bababudangiri hills is our most prized coffee: the very bean our brand is named after. Naturally processed and light-roasted to preserve every nuance, it delivers extraordinary complexity — raspberry brightness, rose florals, caramel sweetness, and a finish that lingers for minutes.
